On the 8th September, I will be squeezing into far too much lycra for my liking, putting on an oversized headpiece and spending my first day of 4 on a highly uncomfortable seat as I set off from London with the aim of arriving in Paris in one piece.  I'm more than a little nervous but it's for an absolutely fantastic cause: Cystic Fibrosis Trust.  Cystic Fibrosis is one of the UK's most common life-threatening, inherited diseases.
