We completed the Run to the Beat 1/2 marathon on Sunday 26th September, raising money for the Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research charity.

Completing our first 1/2 marathon means a great deal to us and to be able to raise money for our chosen charity.

I managed to complete the course in 2 hr 12mins, but Duncan stormed in to complete within 1hr 45mins. Although he is now on crutches with some torn muscles.....
