I'm attempting to complete my first ever half marathon in Derby on 4 June. I only started running again in October last year, doing a couch to 5k programme, and am slowly building up the miles ready to tackle Ramathon and hopefully raise some much needed money for Safe & Sound.

Safe & Sound works to keep children and young people safe from sexual violence, exploitation and abuse. The charity provides support to children affected by sexual exploitation to enable them to move to a place of safety, whilst also working to increase awareness and understanding of exploitation and abuse to ensure that people affected receive the help and support they need to move forwards.
