Story
Hi guys,
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the 25th July 2014, I will be cycling from Southport to Didsbury across the Trans Penine Trail covering over 60 miles in just one day!! I would like to raise as much money as possible for the Stepping Hill Neonatal Unit as a massive thank you for their kindness, help and nursing of our Newborn son, Noah during the first 3 months of his life.
Most of you are probably aware that our newborn son Noah, didnt have the start in life we had planned. He has severe brain damage due to a nasty infection and subsequent starve of oxygen at birth. During this difficult time, the nurses at SH Neonatal Unit were always caring, helpful and understanding towards both parents and baby. Noah is now growing into a young boy and so has been moved on to the Children's Ward but we really cant thank the SH Neonatal Unit enough for everything during our time there.
Please help me to help them with funds to keep up their excellent services, modern equipment and give them the recognition they all deserve. You never know when you, a close friend or relative may need their help in the future...
