I have decided to give up alcohol for 6 months, starting from January 1st 2017, not a drop to pass my lips.

I have chosen to do this, for this charity, as my close friend has been battling with this cancer for a number of years and had three operations along the way.

He has shown strength that I couldn't even imagine. After everything he's been through from a young age and over numerous years, I want to raise awareness so that everyone can catch this cancer early.
