As part of Marks and Spencer’s 125^th anniversary this year, all colleagues are aiming to raise 1.25m for charity.  

The Marketing Group have come up with an idea of abseiling which I thought was a good idea at the time.  Reality has now caught up with me and 120 of us will be abseiling down Kensington Roof Gardens above our Marks and Spencer store on the 20^th August!

All funds will be going to St Mary’s Hospital and more specifically, the Paediatric Ward to create a separate play area for the older children and teenagers (at the moment they only have one area where kids of all ages can play), the Stroke Unit where we will help purchase keyboards to help patients to communicate via typing and lastly and the best one is for the Geriatric Ward to keep the elderly alert, we will purchasing Nintendo Wi’s for the ward.
