Nour has been developing for the past 8 years Alhamdulillah. Up until last year, an organisation which has survived as a self funded charity, run by a team of dedicated volunteers. We received some generous donation this year from One Nation to continue our counselling services however Nour has not been able to grow to the extent we would like to. Unfortunately it is becoming difficult to maintain Nour as a purely voluntary based organisation and thus we have recognised the urgent need for a committed part time staff, in order for Nour to continue. In recent times funding has been an issue for us, so we are appealing to the public to help save Nour and allow Nour to continue doing the great work it does.

We have had many volunteers come and go, all our volunteers have been those who have a full time job and then do this voluntarily with so much passion and dedication as much as their time can permit. It can get frustrating to have so many ideas and visions for Nour but not be able to see them develop due to the lack of a full time staff member. We realize this a key role as nour begins to grow much more and expand.

We acknowledge for Nour to continue to deliver and deliver in excellence, we would need to recruit a member of staff. For this, We need YOUR help. In these last 10 days, we are appealing for 20 people to come forward to fundraise £500. Your donations will help Nour continue the work we do.
