As a military veteran and dog trainer Bravehound is very close to my heart.  I spend a lot of time educating the community on the mental health benefit's dogs can have. 

Bravehound aim to support a smooth transition to civilian life for veterans and their families living with both visible and emotional wounds of PTSD.

Over the next 12 months I will be entering long distance running and cycling events each month to raise funds and awareness for this great charity.S
