On Sunday 25 July 2010, I will be part of a team taking part in 'It's a Knockout' we will be competing against a team made up of contestants from BBC One's extreme game show "Total Wipeout", s well as teams from businesses form all over the country. It's the first "It's a Knockout" event to be held by the National Association for Colitis & Crohn's Disease (NACC) to raise awareness of Crohn's and Colitis.

Crohn's and Colitis UK aims to improve life for everyone affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), the most common forms being Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Together these conditions affect about 250,000 people in the United Kingdom.

The charity brings together people of all ages who have been diagnosed with IBD, their families and the health professionals involved in their care

Come and Join us for Fun and Games on Sunday 25th July 2010 at the Old Albanian's Rugby Ground, Harpenden Road, St Albans.  Gates open 11 am for teams and 11.30 for the public, games start at midday and the day ends around 4 pm.
