My son Benjamin Handley passed away aged 14 month on the 3rd December 2013 due to Infective Aortic Endocarditis a rare acute heart problem. It happened very suddenly with no prior warning or symptoms that would help diagnose the condition.

Myself, Benjamin's mother and his big sister Lola are devastated by Benjamin's death and would like to prevent anybody else from having to go through the pain of losing a child. So I have decided to try and lose 7 stone in a year to help raise funds for a charity who are dedicated to preventing heart problems in children.
