Many of you will know that my mental health is somewhat fragile at times and this moment in time things have been a real struggle.  I am looking to take on this fitness challenge of running  100 miles over the course of August to help my own mental health but also to support the National Animal Welfare Trust.  We adopted our cats from there and our furry friends give us such comfort in tough times.  If you can help out please do!
