I am really thrilled to be attempting my first and judging by my very unsatisfactory progress with training, last, !

I started this on the premise that at one time I viewed myself as quite a good runner however my body has reminded me that I am no longer in my early 20’s and that “good” is no longer the right choice of word!

As some of you may know my Father-in-Law (Tilly and Angus’s Gramps) Stewart Walker, died after suffering from bowel cancer.  We think the charity does a fantastic job in raising awareness of symptoms, promoting early diagnosis and encouraging access to treatment.  I am therefore keen to try to raise as much money as possible and it would be fantastic if you might consider sponsorship.
