It's marathon time again and this time round I have managed to persuade my pal Mike McDonald to come on board and give the marathon a bash.  This is Mike's first marathon and he has got into the training head first(even sorting out healthy eating and we are only at week 1).  

Mike has done many 10km's and more recently completed tough mudder twice in the past few years.  I was delighted when Mike agreed to not only take part in the marathon but also do it for Kayleigh's Wee Stars.  It's been a while since I have done anything for the charity more than a year, so no better way to get back involved by taking part in the inaugural Stirling Scottish Marathon.
