Hello. It's that time of year again.

Les Veloistes Gentils are riding out soon, this time starting in Geneva on June 20th and covering 700km over five days, ending our event in Avignon.

The distance is scary and challenging enough but we'll also be climbing more than 10,000m in all. Legendary climbs such as Alpe d'Huez, the Col du Galibier and the mighty Mont Ventoux. It's going to be tougher than ever, but then, it's only cycling...

This year I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK, like a few other members of the team. We all have our own private reasons for choosing this charity, but mine is very family specific and the work that this charity does can only help other families deal with this disease.
