Hi Guys & Girls,

Following on from the adventure of 2009, I've decided to take it easy this year and take part in the BHF London to Brighton bike ride... not quite Paris, but a trek none the less! Having driven over Ditchling Beacon, I'm beginning to think I would rather do London to Paris again!

 

This year, I'm cycling in aid of The British Heart Foundation, a charity that not only pioneers research into understanding the causes and strives to develop cures for Heart Disease but works with sufferers and their families to encourage lifestyle changes so that people can continue to lead a fulfilling life whilst suffering from this relatively common condition.

 

Any donations you're able to make will be greatly received by the charity and all entry fees I have paid myself so your donation goes directly to the BHF.
