I am running in memory of my son Tom to raise funds for the wonderful charity, Annie Mawson's Sunbeams Music Trust, who supported both Tom and our family during his long fight with a progressive brain disease. Sunbeams deliver music therapy to many individuals and families throughout Cumbria. Before illness Tom enjoyed listening to music and Annie would play her harp to engage him until he passed away in 2015. 

I am aiming to run a total of 300 miles over 40 runs between the 28th of June and the 13th of September (the date of the first Great North Run and the cancelled 40th). Any donations will be greatly appreciated. RIP 'Titch'
