My brave Aunty Denise lost her battle to cancer on the 4th of November, she fought the battle with great dignity right until the very end. 

My brother and I are running at the Ho Ho HOTH event on the 3rd December, a 6 hour event trying to run as many 4 mile laps of the Humber Bridge as possible, I'm hoping to do 28 miles! I will be running in memory of my Aunty Denise and for a charity which was very important to her, Dr Jackson's. I had the privilege at her funeral to meet Bill Mulroe who drove her 200 miles to London for the drug trials she would participate in. I will run every mile thinking of my Aunty Denise whatever the weather and no matter how tired I get.
