Everyone who knows me- will know that I am a bit of a party girl- but I have agreed to run the Cardiff Half Marathon with my older (ex Royal- Marine!!) brother Tony on Oct 17th!!

I am doing this for a great cause- Help for Heroes! I have chosen this charity as I have had 2 brothers in the armed forces- the Army and the Royal Marines- both served in war zones and thankfully returned home safely others are not as fortunate- so please dig deep,
