I will be running in the Great South Run on 24th October for the Alzheimer's Society. It's been over a year since I did the Great North Run and during that time I've not exactly kept myself at the peak of physical fitness so I decided I needed a new challenge!

The Alzheimer's Society is a great cause as I'm sure like me, many of you will have had grandparents and other family members who have been affected by dementia.
