As those of you who know us both know, we are not runners but we wanted to do something challenging. 

We looked at midnight walks, but those of you who know Beccy know that she can't stay up late.

So we are walking the St Albans half marathon this year.  It starts at 8am in the morning, and those of you who know Nic, know she is not a morning person, but this is important enough a cause to get her out of bed before 9am on a Sunday morning.

Luke, Beccy's eldest son and Nic's godson, has complex epilepsy.  Epilepsy Action is a great charity that offers information, support and advice to families coping with someone with epilepsy. They do lots of work in schools which enables more kids to have their epilepsy managed in school and like Luke, attend mainstream school.

Please help us to support their invaluable work by sponsoring us on our walk.  We can't promise that the more you donate, the faster we will walk, but we can promise that every penny is going to the charity and that it will help families and individuals learning to live with epilepsy.
