On Thursday [22/07] I am cycling coast-to-coast from Whitehaven to Tynemouth, a journey of around 150 miles. We are taking four days to complete the ride. I want to do this in aid of St Catherine's Hospice in Scarborough, who looked after my mum so well in her final year. Check them out here:

They looked after her amazingly well and now, nearly 8 years later, I'd like to do something for them.
