On Sunday 30th January 2011, team 'Nineteen of 19' will be taking part in the 2011 winter Tough Guy challenge. Tough Guy is a 6 mile cross country course followed by 'The Killing Fields' assault course consisting of fiery holes, tyre crawls and underwater tunnels, to name but a few.

Our team will be raising money for the Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Development centre based in Chester (B.I.R.D.) and would very much appreciate your support.
