Thanks for visiting my page, it's a great charity for something that affects most people in some way at some point in their lives.

Hi Everyone. On October 24th I'm running in the Great South Run, it is 10 miles and should take me about 1hr 30mins.

I am raising money for Cancer Research UK, I have chosen this charity as my family and friends have been effected by this recently and you struggle to meet someone who has not been or will not at some point be effected by cancer.

Also, this will be a challenge for me and completing this in a reasonable time will bring me closer to my eventual goal of running a marathon!
