We provide extended welfare support to our Members and their dependants.

Story

Me and my Brother are running the Saltmarsh 75 Ultra Marathon
(Was 52.4 miles but reduced now to 38 miles due to Covid related logistical and safety reasons) in military fighting order 30lbs+ for 2 charities “The Royal
Marines Charity” and the “SBS Association”. If we could hit £100 per Mile to each of the charities this would make a huge difference.

The current situation has taught us ALL a valuable lesson to
hold family close whilst you can, do something to better yourself every day and “seize the moment” this crazy idea is our way of honouring families who have lost loved ones and giving something back to a couple of amazing charities.

The Royal Marines Charity exists to help the entire Royal
Marines family. They are strong believers in once a Marine, always a Marine. They offer a range of services to both serving and veterans and their families. From financial assistance to advice on finding a second career.

The SBS Association was set up provide benevolence and
welfare support for the wounded, injured and sick members of the SBS, whether serving or former and their dependants

In Loving Memory of Alan Dent whom we know will be with us every step and waiting at the end with a cold beer and a smile!
