We are here for people with mental illness to guide them through their recovery.

Story

Hello family & friends,

As many of you all know we are really excited to be running the London Marathon in April (a first for us both!). We are doing this in support of Jami, a fantastic organisation dedicated to supporting individuals, families and carers affected by mental illness.

Mental illness is a cause close to our hearts and we have supported the brilliant work that Jami do for both the Jewish community and other communities in London for a few years now. They offer a number of personalised services services such as 1-2-1 and group support, advice for families, education training (and more). One of their most innovative initiatives is Head Room - Jami's social enterprise cafe that breaks down barriers and challenges stigma by bringing mental health support to the high street (if you are in Golders Green, really recommend going for a coffee and checking it out!).

We are motivated to reach our target of £5,000 to support Jami to continue their essential work for. We would really value any support you are willing to give - your generosity will directly contribute to providing vital resources that support Jami to keep doing what they do.

We also know how unbearable it can be to listen to people talk about their runs so... hopefully by doing this together we can somewhat spare our friends and family of the running chat (but can't promise).

But really - thank you so much for any donations and watch out for updates as we train. The strava picture uploads are in full swing!

Love Liv and Adam xx
