Dear friends,

This is a very lastminute decision of mine to join in the CHASE Superheroes Midnight Walk in support of my favourite charity CHASE.  CHASE is an amazing Children's Hospice for lifelimited children and teenagers full of Superheroes.

It seems eveyone I know is running, walking or jumping out of planes to raise some cash for their favourite charity at the moment, which is fabulous but I was obviously feeling a bit left out!!

I know that you are probably "charitied out", but if you would like to sponsor me, however small an amount then I would be thrilled and so will CHASE :))))  A little goes a long way and they have to raise practically ALL their funding themselves in order to keep this invaluable lifeline open.

So while you are all tucking into the Pinot Grigo next Saturday spare a thought for me!! I hope it doesn't rain!
