This summer, a group of volunteers are organising the Oxjam Islington festival on 19 October, to fundraise for Oxfam.

As well as organising the main music festival with around 100 bands playing in various venues around Islington, we thought we should pitch in and do our own bit of individual fundraising. Each of us who are involved with organising the festival are aiming to raise £100 independently, helping to boost our overall total.

There will be sponsored runs, cake sales, pub quizzes and all sorts of things going on within the team - so please do give as much as you can to help stamp out poverty in some of the worlds poorest countries. We'll update the page with any fundraisng news and pictures!
