I am doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge next Saturday for Macmillan Cancer Support.  It is a 26 mile walk/hike that takes between 9-12 hours to complete. 

I have been doing lots of fitness related events this year (for my benefit I may add) so I thought it was about time I did an event for Charity and give something back.  My father passed away in 1999 with cancer so I picked Macmillan as it is a charity that I have a strong affinity with.   

The minimum sponsorship is £100 so even if you can only donate a few quid in these less auspicious times then don't worry as everything counts.
