I rather foolishly agreed to take part in another gruelling 100 km cycling event - around the Isle of Wight on Sunday 2nd May. The island is VERY hilly, and the ride typically involves spending over 5½ hours in the saddle!

  It would ease the pain considerably if I was able to raise a decent amount of money for a worthy cause, so I would very much appreciate your making a donation to WOMA (my wife Nora's charity - which supports Ugandan women who have suffered the effects of the AIDS crisis in their country).
