Story

Hello. I'm PJ and I hate running, its hard work, uncomfortable and at times tough! I find it challenging... but guess what. I have choices, skills, abilities and the opportunity to run. So thats what I'm doing in September for Champs Charity, running the great North Run half marathon. It'll be a great day out. I'm running it with a few celebs including my old mate Beanie,  couple of dodgy TV Chefs and an Olympic dude who is far toooooo good looking for their own good.

Champs charity needs your help! I need your help. In fact I need £5k of help. Champs needs £40k between now and Christmas to deliver workshops promised to young people, so your £5, £100, £1000 will make a big impact on young lives.

Champion Behaviours is a Charity, registered in the Uk, that delivers workshops free at the point of delivery through schools and educational bodies for young people aged 11-16 who in danger of exclusion from school and society due to poor or anti social behaviours. Some have domestic challenges, some learning difficulties, whilst others are simply mis guided and have made a few poor choices in life.

The workshops are based on the behaviours of champions in life, sport and business, and aim to encourage young people to emulate the behaviours of champions rather than the poor, anti social or negative behaviours they may have been exposed to.

The aim is to help young people make better choices in life, to believe in and invest in themselves, to become valuable members of their community adding to it, not simply taking from it.

Champion Behaviours delivers motivational workshops to young people aged 12-15 years old who are in danger of exclusion from school and society. This helps to re-engage disaffected young people and improve attendance, classroom behaviour and social skills, whilst reducing crime, fear of crime and anti social behaviour in our community.
