Menfulness is an inclusive social community for men based in York, whose aim is to reduce stigma around mental health, empower men to be the best version of themselves, and create inclusive and safe environments for honest discussion and support.

Menfulness bring men together to socialise, exercise, enjoy themselves, talk and let off steam in a non-judging, friendly and supportive environments - including walk and talks, running groups, and retro gaming nights
