Story

This year Chris & I will celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary- without the LVAD team @ Harefield Hospital this would not be possible ❤️ The Harefield Transplant Club are trying to raise funds for a garden that will cater for patients (and their visitors ) and I would like to raise as much money as possible for the garden as I spent many hours there  in 2014 . ❤️

About the charity

The charity is run by volunteers most of who have received a heart and/or lung transplant. We help transplants in recreation and sporting activities in order to further their rehabilitation and maximise the gift of life. We hope this will increase the number of people willing to donate their organs.
