Thanks to everyone who has helped raise money for the British Heart Foundation by sponsoring me running the Bupa Great North Run. I really appreciate your support.

Despite almost missing the race by getting on the wrong coach to the finish line instead of the start, and then starting just ahead of the road sweepers at the back (and not forgetting my excuse injury), I managed to finish my first half marathon.
