In January 2018 I had a Life changing stroke which has left me partially paralysed on my left side. with the help of the RNRU and my family I learned to stand and then walk again and have spent the last 4 years building my strength to achieve the 130Km trek for the EBC, which was a Goal I set myself to reach in 5 years.
