On May 12th 2019 my brother Tom and I will take part in the hardest cycling sportive in the U.K, the Fred Whitton challenge. It takes place in the Lake District and will cover 112 miles over countless steep passes. We ride together in memory of our friend Neil Yozza Hughes. We hope with your support to raise much needed funds for Paul's Place, a specialist postvention service for those bereaved by suicide-they are the only service of this kind in Merseyside.  Please spread the word, feel free to share and we'll keep you updated with our progress as we work towards our bike ride next month.
