I have been cared for by CARERS and SUPORT WERKERS and MENTAL HEALTH NURSES . Foŕ at least the last 20yrs of my life . And i have come to realise one thing is so true . It doesn't matter who you are OR what you do . You never now when or haw much mental help you may need in the near future or far future .  If no one gave to charities then there wouldn't be any help for any of the future people who would need help . THE NEED FOR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES IS INCREASINGLY GROWING.  And government funding is constantly being CUTTED BACK .
