This fight was originally scheduled for March 2020. COVID-19 put paid to that. Now it is December 17th 2021. 

My Mum died of cancer so I'm doing something every year (C-19 permitting...) that really pushes me out of my comfort zone to raise money to support cancer sufferers or to support the fight to beat the disease. I also like helping and supporting young people and particularly those who are disadvantaged.

This event enables me to do both. It has already cost me several pints of sweat, I've lost several kg but have several to go (I'm already training 6 times a week and I will be training up to 10 times a week as the fight approaches).

I absolutely promise that I'm going to do this training and I will risk getting beaten to a pulp in a humiliating public display of boxing incompetence. 

If I do this, you think you could bung the charity a few quid to keep me going? I'd really appreciate it...
