Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Paul’s story: I am running the Rome Marathon and Belfast City Marathon 2022, in memory of my late Father Seamus Kane, who sadly passed away on the 14th May 2012 following a Brian Tumour.

This year marks the 10th Anniversary of my daddy’s  passing. In his memory, I have challenged myself  to run both Marathons and hope to raise as much money as possible for the fantastic Charity, Brainwaves NI.

My brother in law Conn, has been supporting me in in my preparations for the marathons and fundraising campaign for Brainwaves NI.

Conn’s Story: when supporting my brother in law Paul in his preparation for fundraising, my cousin, the late Rev Deacon Paul McCormick, sadly passed away on the 6th January 2022 from a Brain Tumour.

Following this I decided to join my brother in law in running both the Rome Marathon and Belfast City Marathon,  to fundraise in the memory of both Seamus and Paul. We hope to raise as much money as possible for Brainwaves NI.

Thank you for supporting us and Brainwaves NI.
