Some of you may remember I ran Newcastle's famous 13.2 miles event last year and enjoyed it so much, I'm doing it again. Some of you were kind enough to sponsor me then and am hoping you can please dig deep, if you can, for this fantastic charity and sponsor me online.

I unfortunately have an added incentive this year after recently losing my much loved Father in law Peter to cancer and am dedicated to running in his memory.

My employers, BNY Mellon will kindly match any funds donated up to my target of £250 so hopefully can make £500 for Anthony Nolan Trust.
