Some of you are aware I do Taekwondo and in a few weeks' time, on Sunday 9th June, I am going to be doing a Charity sparring event with my fellow students which will consist of 100 x 1 minute rounds of sparring (1hr and 40 minutes!) in aid of a local charity called CALM, a Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Movement.  This is a registered charity run by parents who have all experienced a child diagnosed with cancer, they help families that have a child receiving treatment at the Great Western Hospital.
