On 18th July 2013, I will be running the Laxton 10K in memory of our very special neighbour, Ellie Mai Mowforth who passed away as a result of a rare brainstem tumour, shortly before her 7th birthday, earlier this year.

Your kind donations will go the When You Wish Upon a Star charity, which grants the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses. It is thanks to this fabulous charity that, despite being very poorly at the time, Ellie was able to enjoy a magical visit to Lapland - creating wonderful memories for her parents, John and Lisa, to treasure for ever.
