I have just completed my first walk in preparation for the 9 mile Waendal walk. Not long to go so I had better step it up, literally. 

This is such a worthy charity that helps support the local community in many ways. All to improve mental health and wellbeing.
1 in 4 of us will experience mental health issues and I'm sure most of us if not affected directly will know someone that is.
