Aspire is such a great cause and I could not turn down the chance to help those whose lives have been affected by spinal injuries. 

It is also an opportunity for us to thank friends and family for their love and support during recent months... not forgetting of course the benefit of much needed exercise!

Swimming has always been fun for me, so I am accepting the challenge of completing the full 22 miles, the equivalent of swimming the Channel, in the pool by December!
