After 14 weeks of training and no drinking the day has come and gone and I did it !!

Thanks to all for the wonderful support. You have raised a tremendous amount for Bowel Cancer UK, over £4000 with gift aid. This charity does a fantastic job in raising awareness of Bowel Cancer, and of supporting those with the condition and their families. This is a cause close to mine and Mandy's hearts. With such support, and the support of those who came out to watch me on the day, there was no way I wasn't going to get to the end.
