Since turning 30, I have often considered getting fit.... however there is always something better to do and "gets in the way". This cycle has been repeating itself for nearly 4 years. 

So why have I signed up for a half marathon, I hear you ask..... 

I was offered the opportunity to raise money for an incredible charity, get fit and run in Central Park, NYC representing the MPS. 

As part of 'Jacks Pack', we're raising money so the charity can provide funding for research and treatment options in the UK and offer advice and support for families with children diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. 

Joining Against Cancer in Kids, Police Against Cancer in Kids. 

Since leaving my couch for the first time in many years, I have since realised how long it'll take to run 13.2 miles, it is safe to say, I am not Mo Farah.
