In a few weeks I will take part in this years Prudential Ride London - a 100 mile cycle race, which takes in the sights of London before testing the legs in the Surrey hills and finishing in style on The Mall. This is all in aid of a charity called Afrikids, who are a child rights organisation working in Northern Ghana to alleviate child suffering and poverty.
