Cancer is a horrible disease that everyone can relate to, and everyone will agree a cure is needed. Donating anything you can will be your good deed for the day, couple of quid to fight cancer would be ideal.

From a personal point of view, I will show that within 3 months of training anything is possible, last week I was knackered playing 18 minutes of football, in 3 months I will run 26 miles.
