Made it to the end - hurrah - although sore in places i didn't know were there...anyway in the end about 4700 cals & a lot of fun. Hope to post some pics next week.

I’m taking part in a Spinathon group session at Bannatyne Fitness in Peterborough tomorrow Saturday 25th from 9am-5pm.
This group session intends to raise money for the Peterborough special baby unit but I have also decided to raise money for Cancer Research in memory of a friend who died recently from the disease. Although diagnosed three years ago Dick was fortunate to lead a relatively normal life until very recently mainly because of newly developed drugs.
Whatever I receive from your kind donations I will match and give to the group charity, so the more you give the more I pay too!
Spinning is a gym based activity – we ride static bikes to music with an instructor who’s job seems to be to make it hurt. Normally sessions last about 40 minutes and use up about 600 calories so 8 hours sounds like a very long time.
If you are near Werrington on Saturday please stop by and give us some encouragement – we will be in studio 1.
