We are raising money to help fund a Prisons Global Alpha Training (GAT)
event in South Africa in the second week of August. In particular we need
funding to help David Joseph to travel to the training event to talk about how
Jesus through Caring for Ex Offenders and the Alpha Course have changed his
life.

David Joseph has an amazing testimony. As a drug dealer, David was shot 9
times by gang leaders and left for dead. Following this, David spent 9
years in three different prisons in the USA where he encountered God and
had his life changed. The fact that David is alive today to tell his story
is a miracle in itself and his testimony gives great hope and encouragement
to those in prison.

By faith we have set a target of £1,000 to pay for David’s modest travel
and subsistence costs. Any funds raised in excess of these basic needs will
contribute to running this training and providing resources to run Alpha
Courses in Prisons in South Africa, a course which is impacting
lives in amazing ways through the teaching of Jesus.
