Hi all,

As some of you may know, my Mum has struggled with mental health problems for many years but it has only recently come to our attention. She continues to struggle year in, year out so I felt it was time I did something about it.

I have chosen to run the Silverstone Half Marathon, on the 6th March, to raise money for the Mental Health Foundation who research the best ways of tackling mental health.

I'd be really grateful if you could dig deep to help me reach (and hopefully go beyond) my fundraising target of £200.
